In this new edition of the series, we bring you ‘Still Austin Whiskey Co.’

Site and location:

Located in the South Austin area of Austin, Texas, the distillery sits on E St Elmo Road. The complete whiskey-making process takes place on-site, from grain arriving on-site to liquid going into barrels. After time in the rickhouse off-site, the liquid returns for bottling and shipping. Visitors can tour the distillery, have a drink at the patio bar, enjoy a bite to eat, and catch alive band*.

The Range:

The range of whiskey offered by Still Austin Whiskey Co. demonstrates that reflecting and representing Texas in everything they create is imperative. From the grain grown by Texas farms to representing Texas culture, you can taste it in your glass while seeing it on your bottle.

Nancy's Pick: Each month, Master Blender Nancy Fraley selects a whiskey from the distillery's oldest cask-strength barrels, to be bottled and purchased only at the distillery. All these selections are exceptional and, of course, limited in number.
