Wheated Kentucky Bourbon Made On 2,700 Acre “Paradise” Distillery

Barrel Global is overjoyed to be partnering with Coal Pick to push the brand and story across the globe with new fill Wheated Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. In the future, Coal Pick plans to be a destination for people to enjoy an extended experience complete with wildlife sight-seeing, fishing, and distilling education and we are excited to bring these experiences to our customers as they visit Kentucky to sample their barrels and taste them straight from the warehouse.

The Coal Pick distillery’s first release was a Wheated Kentucky Bourbon, and is the distillery’s specialty. Locally sourced grains and Kentucky limestone-filtered water are used to produce their handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, very small batch bourbon. The sweet mash is pot distilled, aged in our private rick house, and bottled on site.

• Barrels will be stored at the Coal Pick Distillery in Kentucky.
• 63.5% barrel strength
• Current yield approximately 215 bottles at 60% barrel strength or 275 bottles at 40% (750ml).
• Current cost per bottle is $10.69 at 60% ABV or $8.36 at 40% ABV (750ml). *This does not include the cost of dry goods and bottling labour.
